Be safe. Be efficient.

This course focuses on developing your understanding of common conditions and how this will influence your work as an oncology massage therapist. Learn how to modify your existing techniques along with learning some new ones specific to these conditions.

Meet the needs of your clients

A cancer diagnosis can be extremely traumatic; patients are often suddenly faced with their own mortality, and an uncertain future. The desired outcome for oncology massage is to leave the patient feeling relieved. Whilst there are numerous physical benefits of massage, there are just as many for mental health.

Work confidently and with ease

Do not be afraid of working with an oncology client. This course will teach you the skills you need to be able to approach an oncology massage treatment with confidence in your ability, whether you are treating a client who has had a previous diagnosis years in the past, or those who are currently receiving treatment.
